Description

A large,beautiful Old Town villa in the center of Banská Štiavnica, near Klopačka.Villa Amalia can be rented as a whole (both floors) or separately: the groundfloor (“Ama”) and the upper floor (“Lia”). Each floor has its own entrance.“Ama” on the ground floor has two bedrooms with double beds, a pull-outarmchair, and a fireplace in each bedroom; one bedroom also includes a crib.The fullyequipped kitchen features a wood-burning stove for cooking and baking. Adjacentto it is a separate dining room with a large table seating 8 guests. The livingroom contains a spacious sofa that comfortably accommodates two, a small stove, and atelevision. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, washing machine, andtoilet. Next to thebathroom, there is an additional separate toilet. “Lia,' on the upper floor,features a spacious living room with a fireplace and a comfortable sofa, plus akitchenette and bar seating. From this area, you can step onto the loggia,which provides cozy seats and a lovely garden view. It also includes twoseparate bedrooms. Adjacent tothe bathroom is a bedroom with a double bed, a crib, and a pull-out sofa. Inthe second bedroom, you’ll find a double bed and two single beds. There’s alarge bathroom with a toilet and a shower. We’ve also thought of the littleones—a children’s play area with toys and books awaits them. Behind the villa, a stunning cascading citygarden features picnic areas, breathtaking views, and a small playhouse forchildren. For summer gatherings, it offers a terrace with an awning and a brickfireplace ideal for barbecues. There is parking for two cars (not very large)behind a sliding gate within the villa grounds.
